Important Questions

Through this letter, I request that you kindly ask yourself the following questions:

1). Would solving for Current Income (Income Need), Growth Potential, Need for Liquidity, Tax Efficiency & Internal Costs & Fees, as is done via our Investment Policy Statement, be important to you?
2). Would an open architecture which we strive to strengthen on an ongoing basis, each day, year after year, yet one where you, the Client, can terminate the Advisory Services offered via our Firm's Advisory Agreement within five days or with a 30-day written notice be important to you?
3). Would our ability to be available to conduct reviews with you, provide updates to you, and converse with you regarding your accounts as often as you wish, and that while working together with some of our world's renowned technology & software service providers in a secure manner be important to you?
4). Would working with an Adviser who has a Fiduciary relationship with you which then looks to deliver this responsibility to you, the Client, be important to you?
5). Would having a primary relationship with a person, a human being who, on behalf of the Adviser, works with you together with technologies, programs and processes as alluded to in Item 3 be important to you?
6). Would an Adviser whose work strives to solve for efficiencies, costs, effort and time both from a supervisory standpoint as well as a managerial one on a daily basis be important to you, & lastly,
7). Would a working relationship with an Adviser who has not any account minimums for you to meet to establish a Client relationship with it as disclosed in our Form ADV, yet one which sets its minimum standards both via its continuing commitment to compliance and to its Agreements be important to you?

I hope that these questions, among others, which I've asked you to consider in humility and with respect are important to you. Please allow my ability to reach out to you to confirm receipt of this communication and to schedule a no-cost, no-obligation meeting for us to continue this conversation.
